IFAST Local Pickup
In order to improve the user experience, so that you can receive your fitness equipment and start your training plan faster, IFAST has developed a local pickup service!
Pickup process
1. Pick your favorite product and add it to your cart.
2. On the shopping cart page, you need to select the "Pickup In Store" option and fill in the appointment date&time, name, contact number, email and other information.
3. We will send you an invitation letter by email, which will inform you of relevant precautions.
4. The staff at the pick-up point will prepare the goods for you according to the appointment time you filled in.
5. After arriving at the designated pickup location, you can contact the staff by phone, and they will guide you to complete the pickup.
6. When you pick up the goods, you need to provide the order number or information that can verify your identity to the staff so that they can deliver the goods to you.
Rules
1. You can't choose to have some items shipped and some items delivered on the same order. Instead, You should place two separate orders.
2. We will send you an invitation letter by email, please pay attention to the email.
3. We will arrange stocking for you according to your appointment time. What we can ensure is that the products will be ready when you come to pick them up, so that your time will not be wasted.
4. If you need to modify the self-pickup time or cancel the self-pickup service under special circumstances, you need to contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
5. You need to pick up the goods within four days of the appointment time. If you cannot arrive due to special circumstances, you should contact us, and we will delay the pick-up time or arrange express delivery for you. Of course, we will also take the initiative to contact you by email.
6. If you do not come to pick up the package after 4 days of the appointment time and do not reply to our inquiry email, we will arrange the delivery for you 2 days after the email is sent.
7. Please pay attention to the opening hours of the warehouse so as not to waste your time, there is no reception outside working days.
8. After you arrive at the designated pickup location, you can contact the staff by phone, and they will guide you to complete the pickup.
9. You need to show the order number or information that can verify your identity to our staff, they will deliver the prepared goods to you.
10. If you can't be there yourself, you can ask someone else to pick up the goods for you. He/She needs to bring verifiable information to show our staff.
11. A customer select shipping or pickup services, product prices do not change.
12. Only the "home gym package" category package products in the station currently support delivery.
